Tofu and Shiitake Chow Mein Size:Classic green riceA Chinese inspired classic Our Vegetarian Chow Mein is the perfect combination of stir fried wheat flour egg noodles with soy sauce, sesame oil, Hoisin sauce, ginger juice and Mirin. You'll find shiitake mushrooms and tofu tossed together with julienned carrots, celery, onions, and green cabbage. Definitely a dish with both savory and sweet notes. Not modifiable except for the scallion garnish.
