NV Mira la Mar Amontillado, Covi Jerez, Spain Size:Bottle sourced from several Barossa districtsAmontillado wines undergo a combination of biological and oxidative ageing, with this wine spending a minimum of eight years ageing in solera system. A beautiful amber in colour with a pronounced nose of hazelnuts and hints of flor. Bone dry on the palate with nutty flavours of almonds, hazelnuts and sea salt. Well structured and complex with an exceptional finish. Serve with white meat and fish. Serve chilled between 12 and 14 degrees. 17. 5% ABV.
