However, there is more differentiating these promo cards from normal printings than just the stamp, as there is also a gold border and foil treatment

It does a lot of dumb things, most notably the infinite combo it can create with cards like Deceiver Exarch and Zealous Conscripts

This is probably the best deck to stock up on staples, both new and old, but as I mentioned all the decks are pretty good at this so its not really a tie-breaker
